Happy love day

I will never be too old for cute cards

chocolates and baking for two

revealing my heart

and saying I love you.

I will always love verses 

that rhyme and are silly,

but are there to describe

how butterflies align in my belly

So this is my poem

lame and unrehearsed,

but made in the moment

when my heart's about to burst.

You know that I'm cheesy 

I like Valentines and the works.

And maybe it makes you queazy 

but hey,  you know you love my quirks!

So everyone splash a little pink in your day

make heart shapes and phone calls

to anyone you love, and say;

Thanks for being you

don't hate on Valentine's

just promise to be true

Now lets kiss and drink wine!!!
